Hire Mixrr-Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how RP Infra Pvt. Ltd. collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the Hire Mixrr Platform. By using the Platform, you unconditionally consent to the collection and processing of your data as described herein and agree to be bound by this Policy.

We collect account details, KYC verification data, transaction records, device identifiers, usage logs, GPS location data, user-generated content, and technical information such as cookies and analytics. This data is used to operate and improve the Platform, facilitate connections between users, process bookings, enforce security measures, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights.

We share your information only with verified counterparties for transactions, service providers bound by confidentiality agreements, legal authorities when required, and successor entities in corporate events. Your data may be processed in India or in other jurisdictions with equivalent protections.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. You accept that you use the Platform at your own risk and agree that any unauthorized attempts to misuse or extract data will trigger immediate legal action.

We retain your data as long as necessary for legal, regulatory, and operational purposes. You may request deletion, access, or correction of your data in compliance with applicable laws by contacting support@hiremixrr.com.

Misuse of any data obtained through the Platform — including scraping, resale, or competitive exploitation — constitutes a material breach of this Policy and the Terms of Service, triggering account termination, liquidated damages, and global legal enforcement.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India. All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, conducted in English before a sole arbitrator. We may enforce this Policy and judgments in any jurisdiction where you or your assets are located.

We may update this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time using the “Delete My Account” option in the app, or by contacting us at [office@hiremixrr.com].

Once deleted, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 7 Days.

We may retain limited data as required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Policy in full and that you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described herein.
